- A new residential unit at an affordable price
- Or a residential building of two or three units
Financial assistance for a new property includes:
- The payment of a lump sum
- The refund of part or all of the welcome tax.
For existing residential property
- The refund of a part or all real estate transfer tax ("welcome tax").
If you have children under 18 years, you may be entitled for:
- Six months of free transit
